One of its three bedrooms is located on the second level, featuring a king-sized bed and a private terrace.
Additionally, on this level, you'll find the second guest room with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The third guest room, situated on the main level, offers two queen-sized beds and its own en suite bathroom.
The rental boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the cobblestone street of Aldama, as well as a formal dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is an outdoor sala, complete with a bar, fireplace, and TV—a perfect setting for memorable evenings under the starlit sky. A second patio features
a large grill and bistro table.
Filtered water is provided throughout the property, and a full-time maid and gardener ensure that every aspect of your stay is well-maintained.
Please note that guests must be aged 18 years and above, and pets cannot be accommodated.
The maximum occupancy is six guests.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
RENTAL RATES:
Night: $ 500 (2-night minimum)
Christmas and New Year´s: 700.
Week: $ 2,400.
Month: $ 7,000
Peak season (November thru April) rates are 20% higher
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%.
