    8) The Tenant will accept visits to the property with 48 hours notice;
    9) The living area of 1850 square feet is an approximation only. Please
    consult the architect's plan with the approximate square footage, attached to the form;
    10) The Lessor reserves the right to include in the lease a clause allowing him to take over
    the rented unit and to terminate the lease by 60 days' written notice, to the extent permitted by law and regulations;
    11) A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent will be given to the lessor before occupation of the premises.
