This is a very special piece of property! It was home to the amazing 45-foot white spruce tree donated by the seller for the province of Nova Scotia to gift to the city of Boston in 2020. A longstanding tradition of great importance to many, a Tree For Boston is sent by the province each year to the U.S. city as thanks for its assistance after the Halifax Explosion. The tree is on display in Boston Common during the holiday season.
