The recently renovated and redecorated house combines Mexican colonial architecture with modern style and convenience. The first level of the house includes the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a bedroom containing a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. The dining room, the rear of which is a wall of windows and French doors, opens up to the lushly landscaped back garden, fountain, and a sala featuring a grill and fireplace lending a sense of indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and decorative Talavera tile. The living room can accommodate eight people for conversation, watching the large flatscreen TV, or gathering around the gas fireplace. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. The large master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden. It features a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. It also features a sitting area with a gas fireplace and television. There are two additional guest rooms on the
