This year, we gathered at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, welcoming over a thousand real estate professionals to hear from motivational speakers, make spectacular connections and experience unforgettable celebrations. Keep reading for a recap of the event.

Day 1

The excitement kicked off with the Partner Showcase, where attendees connected with our partners and sponsors, shopped for exclusive brand merchandise, supported Special Olympics with an on-site raffle to give back and win one-of-a-kind experiences, and visited the Digital Experience Hub to get a deep dive into cutting-edge Engel & Völkers technologies.

Exclusive events like the Private Office Meeting & Induction and Private Office Reception set the stage for meaningful connections and celebrations. Attendees looking to mix and mingle with other Engel & Völkers marketing staff from various shops throughout the network were invited to attend an exclusive “Marketing Mixer”.

To end the night, all attendees were invited to The Villa Bar, an exclusive lounge area reserved for Engel & Völkers, allowing network members to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and get insider tips on how to make the most of their EVX experience.

Day 2

Attendees had a plethora of morning sessions to choose from, each offering a unique opportunity to jump-start their day. Those looking to finesse their real estate conversation skills gravitated towards the "Real Estate Whisperer Learning Session" with Jean Cohen, Advisor at Engel & Völkers Duxbury, where they gained invaluable insights on engaging potential clients with finesse. Alternatively, the Networking Breakfast provided a lively setting for attendees to mingle over breakfast and forge connections. Support staff from Engel & Völkers shops delved into essential marketing management updates and best practices tailored to their roles. Meanwhile, leaders within the organization immersed themselves in the Leadership Learning Session, exploring topics such as recruiting strategies, advisor retention, and commercial real estate updates, fostering a collaborative atmosphere ripe for knowledge-sharing.

General Session kicked off with Group CEO of Engel & Völkers Jawed Barna, who gave us a roadmap for the future of #One Engel & Völkers. Anthony Hitt, President and CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas gave an inspiring speech highlighting the network's achievements and imparting the ethos of "Do good. Have fun. Make money." Following brand updates were a series of RED Talks and Keynote speaker sessions. These sessions delved into a range of topics, including taking advantage of the 2024 real estate market as well as the secrets to maintaining high-volume sales over the long term. The learning experience continued with valuable insights into understanding consumer data, encouraging advisors to reach out to past customers who settled on home purchases during market peaks as potential future clients ready for more ideal options. With luxury experiences at the core of our business, Eileen Lemesh, Vice President of MGM Resorts, emphasized the crucial role of surprising and delighting customers in distinguishing a brand, highlighting how personalized experiences foster lasting loyalty and positive word-of-mouth, a principle to be harnessed for personal branding in real estate. General Session was capped off with an inspiring keynote speech from celebrity chef, and author Jeff Henderson, known for his show Flip My Food with Chef Jeff and his book If You Can See It, You Can Be It.

The day concluded with a vibrant Opening Night event overlooking the Las Vegas strip.

Day 3

The final day began with another enriching General Session featuring various RED Talks and panel discussions exploring the future of real estate. President and CEO of T3 Sixty Jack Miller, alongside Anthony Hitt, led a fireside chat noting that it is important for all of us to pay attention to long-term trends as we map out our business strategy vs. what is happening in the market today. Director of Business Development of Engel & Völkers Minneapolis Maggie Hilspich dove into the transformative power of self-awareness, emphasizing the importance of intentional living for personal and business growth.

"One of the most important relationships that you can foster and nurture is the one with yourself."

Executive Performance Coach, Global Speaker & Content Creator Giselle Ugarte shared insights on establishing a compelling personal brand in a competitive market, emphasizing that it is important to connect on a human level amidst digital interactions, and help customers through their hesitations and hangups. The Engel & Völkers network discussed the impacts of the impending Silver Tsunami and how to leverage generational wealth transfers and extend customer lifetime value.

The keynote by adventurer and subject of the film, 127 Hours, Aron Rolston, known for his remarkable survival story, served as a testament to resilience and the ability to turn adversity into advantage, inspiring attendees to overcome obstacles with determination and purpose.

The afternoon was dedicated to three energetic breakout sessions. Each one was a gold mine of insights and strategies, laser-focused on key areas of success in real estate. Attendees didn't just listen. They interacted. They learned. They took away practical advice on crafting marketing strategies and executing digital marketing plans. We explored advanced tactics to boost online visibility and supercharge social media. But we didn't stop there. We also dug into the latest technologies. Technologies that can generate leads, build brand reputation, and propel success.

Each session was more than just information. It was a transformation. It was about turning knowledge into action. For every real estate professional ready to take their business to the next level.

The evening was dedicated to recognizing excellence across the Engel & Völkers network with the Awards Ceremony. Leading the charge, the prestigious Engel & Völkers Cup was presented to Engel & Völkers Annapolis and its License Partner Rick Foster, for their significant achievements in productivity and strong commitment to the Engel & Völkers identity.
